Return & Refund Policy
At WashLab, all products are printed on demand and made specifically for each customer.
Returns: We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. If you receive a wrong or defective product, please contact us with a photo and order number.
We do not accept returns for:
- Wrong size selected by customer
- Buyer’s remorse
- Design or color preference issues
Refunds: Once your claim is approved, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If an item is defective or incorrect, a free replacement will be provided.

Return shipping: Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items.
